Health Resort planned in andalucia

Invest in a unique holiday and wellness destination set in one of the most breathtaking landscapes in Spain, and arguably all of Europe.

Location and
concept

Montesol–Moclín is envisioned as Spain’s first high-altitude climatic health resort, located at approximately 900 to 1,000 meters above sea level in the mountains of Andalusia. Combining panoramic natural surroundings with a mild climate and low-density environment, the development is designed to unite hospitality, wellness, residential living, and long-term infrastructure within a single integrated concept.

Core infrastructure is already in place, including roads and water supply systems, while multiple approved and planned projects form the foundation for future expansion. Positioned between the Mediterranean coast and historic cities such as Granada, Montesol–Moclín combines natural elevation, accessibility, and regional attractiveness in one of southern Spain’s most distinctive landscapes.

History of the project

The picture shows the Montesol project at a time when the area was largely undeveloped and without infrastructure. Over time, it evolved into a fully established village through continuous development and long-term commitment. Core infrastructure, including roads, wifi and two private water wells, was developed early on, creating the foundation for gradual residential growth.
As a result, Montesol transformed step by step into a livable and functional environment with an increasing number of properties. Building on this foundation, the development later expanded into the surrounding area of Moclín, where additional land was acquired for future projects.
While some of these developments are currently paused, they remain part of the long-term vision and can be continued at any time.

Project Overview Montesol

Moclin

Moclín complements Montesol as a high-altitude expansion area near Granada, offering panoramic views, a mild climate, and a low-density environment. It supports the development of premium hospitality, residential, and wellness projects, including Hotel Mirador, Albaycín de Moclín, and additional mixed-use concepts, strengthening the scalability and long-term potential of the overall development.

It is the core part of the first general climatic health resort in spain.
