History of the project
The picture shows the Montesol project at a time when the area was largely undeveloped and without infrastructure. Over time, it evolved into a fully established village through continuous development and long-term commitment. Core infrastructure, including roads, wifi and two private water wells, was developed early on by our Founder & managing director Horst D. Siebert, creating the foundation for gradual residential growth.
As a result, Montesol transformed step by step into a livable and functional environment with an increasing number of properties. Every propertie in the urbanisation Montesol was built and managed by him and his team. Building on this foundation, the development later expanded into the surrounding area of Moclín, where additional land was acquired and streets built for future projects.
