idea
The concept behind Hotel Mirador is to establish a premium hospitality destination within the broader Montesol and Moclín development strategy. Positioned at approximately 1,000 meters above sea level, the project combines tourism, wellness, and residential infrastructure in a connected long-term development system. The hotel is designed to work alongside projects such as Albaycín de Moclín, the Balneario wellness concept, and additional residential developments, creating a mixed-use environment focused on hospitality, relaxation, and long-term regional growth.
Design
Hotel Mirador is conceived as a modern hospitality project integrated into the elevated landscape of Moclín. The architectural approach combines clean contemporary elements with regional Andalusian influences, using open layouts, terraces, and panoramic positioning to maximize views across the surrounding mountains and countryside. The design focuses on natural integration, spacious outdoor areas, and a calm visual identity that reflects the character of the region rather than an oversized resort structure.
